I lost power and lost connection to my iscsi target. I get the following error in event viewer:

iSCSI discovery via Host Bus Adapter failed with error code 0xefff003a to Host Bus Adapter B06BDRV\L4SC&PCI_163914E4&SUBSYS_191714E4&REV_20\5&215fe35a&0&30050400_0.

Has anyone seen this problem?

    The 0xefff003a states that the iSNS service could not be found. Can that server reach your iSNS server?

    Yes. I can ping it fine.

    Now I am getting a Event ID 10. Login request failed. The login response packet is given in the dump data.
    This is a Synology diskstation. I have sent them the logs however have not heard back. yet.

    Hi,
    The error code 0xefff003a means the iSNS server was not found or is unavailable. The device with the hardware ID B06BDRV\L4SC&PCI_163914E4 is a Broadcom NetXtreme II adapter. Please check if you can reach your iSNS server via the Broadcom adapter.
