Office Word, Excel, and PowerPoint's Startup Field Value Form

Hi,
I recall several years ago, the company I worked at had some templates ready with fields to filled up.
At that time, I didn't have to go through File -> Propoerties -> and go to each value and set it.
Instead, whenever we opened a new document using the template, a form pops up asking for the vlaues needed to fill, and then we can start working.

Anyone remember that feature and where I can find it in Office 2016/2019? Or if there is anything as easy as that I can use?

    Absent SharePoint, that properties window is no longer available. (I'm not sure about SharePoint, either.)

    You could have a cover page with those Document Property Content Controls.
