I am getting the same error. I've looked at my AAD registration and cannot figure out what reply its the mismatch. My troubleshooting data is:

I am getting the exact same issue.

Apart from the state URL parameter, the Redirect URI IS Exactly the same as the reply URL specified in the request.

@Stella Song , Thank you for reaching out. This error states that the reply URL that is being sent in the request and the one that is present in the app registration section in AAD for your application.

Based on the error details that shared, I looked into the backend logs based on the CorrelationID and Timestamp and based on that I do see that there is a mismatch of ReplyURLs for this application with AppID: 4b233688-031c-404b-9a80-a4f3f2351f90

I would request you to check the "Authentication blade" in the App Registration for the following app "4b233688-031c-404b-9a80-a4f3f2351f90" and once you check that pick up one of the reply URLs from that list and then add that in your application request and use it or you add the reply URL that you are currently sending in the request to that reply URL section in the authentication blade.

I tried this but .auth is not allowed. I get an error. Allowed external redirect URL value needs to be URI format. If I remove the . before the auth it accepts it. However the uri error microsoft expects includes . .auth in its path

You can use the network tab on Chrome or Edge browser to find out what reply-url is being sent out and then match it to the setup in Azure AD.

You mentioned in your comment that the reply-URLs were same in both the app and AD. What difference did you discover in the networks tab? I

Hello @Stella Song

By tracking the correlation ID, I found that the Reply URL being sent in the request is https://products.office.com/en-NZ/home, which doesn't match with any Reply URL registered in the app with ID "4b233688-031c-404b-9a80-a4f3f2351f90". Please try registering https://products.office.com/en-NZ/home as reply URL under the authentication blade of the app and try again.

I have uri: api://auth in my manifest and when I launch the https://login.microsoftonline.com/tenant/oauth2/v2.0/authorize?client=<clientid> it failed with "Failed to launch 'api://auth/?code=<code value>' because the scheme does not have a registered handler". I see the above Failed to launch message in devtool. Any one had luck to proxy the uri (api://auth) to localhost or any way to get the code from the uri? I see the correct code in the devtool.
