Users from Cross forest are unable to modify the NIC properties even thugh they are part of NCO group

Hello Team

I am trying to Modify the Network adapter seting in windows 10 Machine after adding the users in the Network configuration group in my windows 10 machine ,howver I am getting error

You do not have sufficinet privellege configuring connection properties .Contact Your administrator

I would like if we add cross forest domain user to my local machine windows 10 NCO Group ,will he able to Modify the Network adapter Properties

Because when i logged in with that cross forest user and tried to modify the Network adapter Properties ,simillar error was Observed

    Hello

    Could you check by disabling UAC on the computer, also if the next GPO is active?

    Configuration---> Windows Settings---> Security Settings ---> Local Policies---> Security Options, then enable "User Account Control: Admin Approval Mode for the Built-in Administrator account"
