MS VLSC and Viral Tenant error

We were using a login for our organization to access the VLSC. Everything was working fine. Then there was some confusion over what we had in terms of Office365 (Turns out we had nothing). In trying to check Office365, we signed into office.com and then chose the admin portal. It then wanted us to enter DNS records to prove ownership of our domain. My only experience with this type of requests was for MS to take over our domain, which we don't actually want to do. We stopped that procedure. Now, when we try to log into the VLSC it states that we have an unmanaged tenant and must take over as admin using the same DNS records. Is there some way to cancel the admin request so we can simply go back to logging into the VLSC? TIA for any help.

    @GBC Admin
    Thank you for your post!

    Since you're trying to log into the Volume Licensing Service Center and are running into issues, I'd recommend reaching out to their specific support team via their Contact Us. Additionally, if you'd like to try and take over your unmanaged tenant as an Admin, you can follow our - Take over an unmanaged directory as administrator in Azure Active Directory documentation.

    If you have any other questions, please let me know.
    Thank you for your time and patience throughout this issue.
