Windows 2012 Updates failing

Hello. I have a Windows 2012 R2 Server (three actually but only troubleshooting one right now) that fails Windows Updates.
It tries to install KB5004873 and KB5005076 and returns errors 80070490 and 8000FFFF.
I have stopped services to delete SoftwareDistribution and catroot2. I have tried installing them manually.
I have tried running "dism /online /cleanup-image /scanhealth", "dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth", "sfc /scannow", and even "DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth /source:WIM:D:\sources\install.wim:2 /LimitAccess" with no luck.
I am not sure what else to try at this point and could use some suggestions. Thank you.

    Hi there,

    It seems you are out of steps here as you have tried out all the troubleshoots . You can wait for the next update which might push out these KB updates or we have repair update in the sleeve to sort this out.
