Azure Stack Edge Pro GPU initial configuration issue

We are installing an Azure Stack Edge Pro - GPU in our lab for evaluation purposes. We are unable to get past the data network configuration as no matter what IP, Mask, and gateway we use we are seeing the following error:
"The Specified IP address x.x.x.x is in use or is a broadcast address. Resolve the conflict and retry the operation."
The IP used is not a broadcast address and not being used by something else.
Has anyone run into this and if so how were you able to get past it?

Can you confirm this issue is still ongoing? If so could you share a screenshot of the error?
