Hello,
I am configure an exchange server 2019 for my organization.
Now i can send and receive mail to internal organization.
So i would like to send and receive email to another domain
e.g : gmail etc...
NB : My configuration content
---- Domain controller
---- MailBox server
---- Edge transport role
Need helps :
1/Configure MX DNS record for external
2/create a public domain for my organization
3/make my exchange server accessible on internet
please need your help...

The error usually results from your default receive connector does not allow anonymous relay, are you sending from an external mailbox?
If so, you should create a receive connector for specific IP as this blog says:http://techgenix.com/mail-relay-exchange-server-2016/

but until then, mails still go into spam.

Is that all outbound messages go to spam or only just some of them?
Apart from SPF, some domains also require DKIM or DMARC record for safety or authentification:https://social.technet.microsoft.com/wiki/contents/articles/35595.on-premises-exchange-dkim-and-dmarc-setup.aspx
You can may need some third-party software because Exchange doesn't have this option to sign for emails with DKIM.
Run the MXtoolbox again after you done them.
