Office Excell desktop addin debugging issue.

Question

Hello,
I can't debug the application because of an invalid localhost certificate.
Is there any possibility to enable such an option in the web view od desktop version of excel addin?
Addin web view probably runs on Edge or Internet explorer browsers but it doesn't share settings with desktop versions of these browsers.
Is there any possibility put this flag on in desktop addin web view?
In google chrome it is possible here:
