SSRS 2014 Excel Export size limitation

Hi everybody!

One of my customer use SSRS 2014 reports to generate Excel Exports which become larger than 30 Mo.
Which seems too big to me. I can't see clearly how he will work with Excel files as big as that.

Most of the time, he can make his export but he also regularly gets following error messages:
Microsoft.ReportingServices.ReportProcessing.UnhandledReportRenderingException: An error occurred during rendering of the report. ---> Microsoft.ReportingServices.OnDemandReportRendering.ReportRenderingException: An error occurred during rendering of the report. ---> System.ObjectDisposedException: Store must be open for this operation.

Is there a maximum size for Excel export?
If I don't convince my customer to change his habits, is there a way to correct this problem?

Thanks for your help

See Export a paginated report to Microsoft Excel (Report Builder) for all supported export features and also the limitations.
