issue with archive

User is assigned with 6 Months retention policy and has 40GB of Archive size however I am unable to find the online archive mailbox for the user in outlook client as well as in OWA
unable to see the online archive folder from webmail also.

it is on o365 account only one user is having the issue
What you have shown is the correct process however I find the issue happening to only one user

Is it a M365 account? I enabled the archive and the folder is shown the next time logging into outlook.office.com:

For the outlook clients, you could try re-create the profile and re-sign in. If i have any understanding mistakes, please fix me.
