I have Scheduled for my exam ...its not reflecting im my microsoft dashboard

Dear Team,

To whomever, it so concern,

The portal of the Microsoft dashboard is working or not ? I have faced an issue on Saturday where I was scheduled for an exam MS 500@ 3:00 PM IST and when I started half an hour before the exam ....the certification dashboard link provided in the mail was not working ...it was showing as wait --please hold and nothing got reflected ...tried reaching the number provided but no use. When I raised a ticked I got an autogenerated email.

Today when I Scheduled my exam...I got the confirmation email...but i clicked on the certification dashboard ---the page is not responding...is my exam got scheduled or else i will be facing the same problem which has happened on Saturday (11 September 2021)
please do the needful.Appreciate your help

    Microsoft Certification Program is supported on their own forums. I'd try asking for help with exam scheduling / vouchers in dedicated forums here. (Participate\Ask A Question)

    Is the Microsoft certification dashboard is down? (https://trainingsupport.microsoft.com/en-us/mcp/forum/all/microsoft-certification-dashboard-is-down/08a5a902-923c-46ae-8a72-9d64fc6188f7). I have enrolled through the psi portal. Can you help me out with a contact number (tried reaching out to the numbers provided but could few didnt even worked)or someone who can guide me? Appreciate your help.
