Display Names not synchronising with apps

Hello everyone,

This is a rather simple issue, I have changed a large number of details pertaining to users, their display names being the visible issue.

These changes do not seem to have propagated to applications (like teams, outlook and shifts). Except for 3 users (of 50 or so).

Any way to force a synchronization of this information or is there likely some kind of error preventing the service from running correctly?

Thanks in advance.

@ICT CSO Its a cache issue where the application takes time to update the updated version of details. Manually clearing the cache would help on local machines, for others you need to wait till it propagates.

Here is how other people are clearing cache :

You will need to wait till it syncs on its own for others.
