Bitlocker & Thumbdrive

I had an old laptop, that I no longer have, but backed it up to a thumb drive. I accidently encrypted it with Bitlocker. I know the password and both keys. I have been able to access the files on the thumb drive several times on my new laptop. All of a sudden it is now saying that I need a newer version of windows to access it. My current laptop , which I was able to access the files on the day prior has windows 10 home. I have attempted to access the files on two other laptops that have windows 10 pro, still get the same message. Can you please tell me what I can do to access my files?

    @Reza-Ameri This is the message that comes up. I have tried a few computers with windows 10 Pro as well as ones that had older windows systems. The same message consistently comes up.
