Hello!

We have an on-premise exhange 2019 installation in our organization. We are using the exchange server to store calendars and contacts for each user.
We share calendars and contacts between users, we can set permissions, and it is doable with the Outlook desktop application, that is working fine, but when it comes to mobile devices we cannot find a soluton to share the calendar or contacts with different permissions for individual users.
With the mobile outlook application the users can view their own calendar contacts, but cannot view the ones that shared with them.
Is there any soluton for that?

Thanks!
Attila

    Hi @Attila Sasvári ,

but when it comes to mobile devices we cannot find a soluton to share the calendar or contacts with different permissions for individual users.

Based on my research and test, I am afraid currently it's not feasible to be realized in Outlook for mobile devices.

As regards to contacts, as far as I know, there's no feature available in Outlook mobile devices to set up sharing permissions or open shared contacts. When it comes to calendars, currently it's only supported to view or edit shared Office 365 or Outlook.com calendars in Outlook mobile devices, see this official blog, so for your scenario that users are hosted on the on-premise exchange server, the guide provided above by mschiavon is not applicable.

    Hi Attila,
if you mean sharing calendars from 365 to prem and viceversa, you must "The on-premises Exchange administrator has to set up an authentication relationship with the cloud (also known as "federation") and must meet minimum software requirements" sharing

    So, do this: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/exchange/sharing/organization-relationships/create-an-organization-relationship
