Windows 10 digital license activation problem

Hi,

I have re-installed a fresh Windows 10 on my laptop but I can not activate it through digital license method.

The old Windows was pre-installed and activated by digital license (the laptop comes with Windows 8 at first, I updated to Windows 8.1 and finally to 10):

Based on this description I should be able to active Windows after logging to my Microsoft account, but that not work:
