I already restart VM, app service API and nothing happen.

    Hi @Ahmad

    If you have chosen Azure blockchain service as your underlying blockchain network, your deployment will face failures as Azure Blockchain Service has been deprecated on 10th September, 2021. Please refer this migration guide to explore your alternatives and redeploy using a publicly accessible Ethereum endpoint.
