Problems with Teams assignments

Hello,

Since the begginning of this school year, we've got a strange issue with Teams.
Some of the students using the mobile versions of Teams cannot turn in assignments

The files are in the sharepoint folder, I looked at the rights on both files and folders, and there's nothing I can see that is different from the students for who it worked.

If they go back to the web or the desktop version, it's working fine, but it's harder for them to transfert the pictures or documents to their computers, and some of them don't even have a computer.

I'm out of ideas, and didn't find similar issues.

Thank you,

    Hi @Alexandre Gagné ,

Did you changed any settings on Teams Admin Center?
And how many users were in trouble? Do these users have anything in common?

Some general ways to fix this are:

    1. Re-install the teams app.
    2. Check the permissions of their phones to attach photos or other files.
    3. Try using another network to login Teams.

Please try uploading these files from the Teams for browsers in your mobile devices.

    Best regards,
    Lou

Thank you @Xzsssss for your answer,

I don't know immediately when users have this trouble, but in 2 classes, we have 10 users with the issue, both on iPhone and Android.

I'll get some of the students to reinstall the app, and check the permissions, juste in case.
I've had a few testing from a different network, but it changed nothing.
