Hello everybody!
There is a DHCP Failover of two DHCP servers with IP addresses 10.50.1.4 and 10.50.1.23 on Windows Server 2012 R2. You need to migrate one server (a member of the DHCP Failover) to the data center. Then change its binding on its interface to another IP address( for example, from 10.50.1.27 to 10.50.121.7).
Or -Is it necessary to disassemble the DHCP Failover when moving, or is it enough to simply transfer the server from DHCP and replace its IP address with a NIC and re-bind the binding-Will this configuration work? do I need to stop the service or deauthorize it?
Accordingly, the ip-helper will be rewritten to a new ip address. Tell me, is it possible to perform such a configuration?

important We are not considering the option of transferring areas to the newly installed DHCP, since we do not have the Enterprise Admins right.

thanks.
