this is weird.
Based on your screenshot the Evaluated spend
is 0 INR
.
Here it looks look like this (Evaluated spend
is 12 EUR
, cost alert at 8 EUR):
And the cost alert was triggered with an email notification (delay between cost alert and receiving the email about 8 minutes).
Your best option is to create a support request, which you have already done, and figure this out with Azure Support.
