How to setup whitelist websites from Azure Network Security group?

I need to set up some sites that can through my VM, and while others do not. In this case, I need to know is it possible to add a whitelist of sites as a rule on NSG's?

If I understanding the request correctly, you want to restrict outbound access to websites and allow some of them, if that's the query then you would not be able to get that accomplished via NSG I as per my understanding and should use UDR
