Need to setup new seperate azure services to our new business unit

Need to setup new separate azure services to our new business unit (so do we need to have new tenant or can use same tenant with another new subscription, not want conflict with our current Azure AD Domain)..

1- Need to provide separate azure services to our new business unit.
2- need to have M365 services to our new business domain naming "Hutchisonports.jazan.com" and its servers architecture with connectivity to its Azure AD services.
3- Do we need to get another tenant services for "Hutchisonports.jazan.com" in our azure enterprise services, just like we have this tenant "sapt.com.pk" or we can user only new subscription with this old tenant "sapt.com.pk"
4- If we use subscription in old tenant "sapt.com.pk" then O365/M365 services or Azure AD services (like Intune/MDM) etc will conflict with with new business unit domain "Hutchisonports.jazan.com"
5- Please advise deeply what to do , we want to setup new business unit in azure.

    I would suggest to go with separate azure tenancy, since you need to have separate M365 services for both old and new.
    M365 services are not like azure subscription, and the core components relies on Azure AD tenant. Its better to separate to avoid conflicts.
