I am trying to push a file from ADLS to Sharepoint using Web and copy activity. I don't see Sharepoint / http option in Sink. What dataset option should I have to select to push the file to sharepoint.

At this time Data Factory does not support Sharepoint as a sink. Http is also not supported as a sink.

However I think you can accomplish it with Logic Apps.
