Upgrading RDS 2012R2 with NPS/MFA to 2019?

I've read/heard that NAP and/or NPS was removed from Server 2016/2019 and if I upgrade my RDS environment, it will remove those components? I have one GW, Broker and Host but am using NPS and Azure MFA for RDS and VPN policies with Radius.

I was hoping to do an in-place upgrade to 2019 and have RDS with NPS/MFA still intact (After backups and snapshots of course). Is this possible?

If not, what is the equivalent or workaround?

Respectfully,

Larsin
