User/pass lost... and I'd like to get a copy of the transcript of my Azure Fundamentals Certification

First I'm not sure if I'm in the appropriate forum for this question...
That may explained why all the tags that I was suggested were inappropriate...
anyway I give it a try!

I'm Florent Arcambal. I've been certified Microsoft Certified Azure Fundamentals le 11th of December 2019.

After that I've just downloaded the pdf that proves that i'm certified.
But looks like I forgot to also download the associated transcript.

And now, almost 2 years after, my employer asked me to forward them this file.

I know that I should be able to get a copy of it can get a copy of ot at this url:

Unfortunately it's been a long time and i'm not sure which email I've used at this time (cause I juggle with multiple different email), and if my account is still active!

I could have used an email looking including
florent.arcambal or farcambal

So can you tell me which email I've used (and that I shoul use again) to access to this transcript ?
and if needed can you reactivate this account in order to see my certification. (Cause I've read somewhere it could been disabled if not logged anymore in a long period of time...)
