Missing "Add shared mailbox" option in mobile outlook

Hi,

I am not able to see "Add shared mailbox" in mobile (Android and iOS) outlook. I can see only these options.

Add Email Account
Create New Account

Any tip to see "Add shared mailbox" option

    I heard that You cannot add a shared mail-box to outlook app if it's version is lower than outlook365

    The problem is still present. It's not possible to add a shared mailbox not office 365 to mobile app 365.

    What version is the app? Under the ? in the app, at the bottom the version is listed.

    If its the latest and you still dont see it ( And I assume others cant - or just you?)

    You can always click on the "Contact Outlook Mobile Support" button in that same menu and get the in-app help.

    Looks like a known issue in some cases could be related - otherwise I would open an in-app support case

    Title: Users can't add shared mailboxes via the Outlook mobile app

    User Impact: Users are unable to add shared mailboxes via the Outlook mobile app.

    More info: Outlook desktop and Outlook on the web are unaffected.

    Users will encounter the following error when attempting to add shared mailboxes via the Outlook mobile app:

    "Authentication Failed: That didn't work. You may not have the right permissions to add this mailbox or the mailbox doesn't exist."

    Current status: While impact should be resolved for most affected users, our telemetry indicates that the fix deployment is still in its final stages. We expect it to complete deployment and resolve the issue for all affected users by our next scheduled update.

    Scope of impact: Any user attempting to add shared mailboxes via the Outlook mobile app may be impacted.

    Start time: Tuesday, August 24, 2021, 3:00 AM (7:00 AM UTC)

    Estimated time to resolve: Monday, September 27, 2021, 5:30 PM (9:30 PM UTC)

    Root cause: A recent update intended to optimize the error code for disabled accounts incidentally introduced incorrect code logic and caused impact.
