    @Naved Raja Khan Can you share screenshot so it would be helpful to know more details on the blad you are observing the issue. I can only see Create button while creating the function app. I don't see any add option in any of the function blade. Please also share the session ID from azure portal (ctrl + alt + d) after reproducing the issue.
