How can i add child domain in existing domain

Dear All

I have one domain controller based on server 2016. The name of domain controller is "CloudMC" now i want to add child domain controller in same domain with name "Cloudoc". The purpose i want is to add users in active directory with different domain name so they can able to use shared folders based on domain controller names.

please guide me accordingly

    How to add child and tree domains to an existing Windows Server 2012 forest, using Server Manager or Windows PowerShell.

    The following diagram illustrates the Active Directory Domain Services configuration process when you previously installed the AD DS role and you have started the Active Directory Domain Services Configuration Wizard using Server Manager to create a new domain in an existing forest.
