Win10 20h2, 21H1 Crashes immediately you join to domain

We bought some new laptops (Dell Latitude 5520 XCTO Base) with no OS since we currently have the M365E3 licenses.
When we install Windows 10 Ent or Pro version 20H2 and 21H1, the OS crash the moment we join the laptops to the domain.
Version 1909 is working ok without an issues.
We do have other laptops/PCs running 20H2 and 21H1 without any issues.
Any assistance is appreciated.

    Hi

    Did you tried to update their firmware to the latest version ? I ask in case it's a NIC firmware or some other hardware problematic you might face.

    1. I would suggest to check on which OU and security group they have been added after joining to domain.
    2. Please run gpupdate / force then gpresult /h c:\temp\gpresult.html to check which policies have been applied and winning GPO.
    3. Please also try to disable Firewall and Anti-virus for temporary.
