Percept dk Setup timeout

I cannot finalize the set up for percept dk. The module azureearspeechclientmodule is not reported by device and throws an error.

I have started the setup with wifi with numerous timouts for the setup in the finalization step, then switched to ethernet and still there seems to be no progress.
Is there a known issue for this, is there anything I can try?
