After installing patches(KB5005698,KB5005573,KB890830) on Windows server 2016 we have restarted the server, the server did not came back online.

Servers are hosted on AWS. We have restored the server form AMI backup then again we tried to install same patches however we exprieenced same issue. After the restart the server did not came back online.

When we checked event logs it did not showed any sign of anomalies. CBD logs are normal and shows the patches are installed.

    Hello @Srilatha N ,

Could you check if the machine responds to ping? Does it start at all in the hypervisor?

Additionally, I would try to isolate which update is causing it, one by one. The is no documented known issue for any of them, up to my knowledge:

KB5005698 - This is a servicing dynamic update (can be safely ignored or not installed).
KB5005573 - This would be my "usual suspect": it contains changes in authentication, it addresses some issues to VM filesystem, DCOM, and also DFS. Touching that kind of files could provoke the issue.
KB890830 - This is the engine for Windows Malicious Software Removal Tool. Since you have it previously, it may seem that your system has already enabled other malware/virus protection and may enter in conflict after the install. In case you already have an AV solution, should be safe to disregard.

Additionally, I would recommend you post same question into AWS forums, to compare your experience with users that may have same situation or scenario.
