Backlogged inbox followup question

So, if I look at my ConfigMgrprereq.log file, it tells me that there are 4 unprocessed files in the SMS_Scheduler inbox.

From this, I learn that I need to look at the schedule.log file, to see what's going on. In this file, I see two files that the log says are having issues with, over and over. Here's the error line:

Cannot open file \Severname\SMS_YEP\inboxes\schedule.box\tosend\0003B837.Irp. Cause is 2
An error occurred when creating the routing instruction.

There's also a line for another .lrp file, with a different name.

When I go look at that folder location, there are no files in that folder. So, is that the problem? If so, how do I resolve the issue?

    Hi, @Joe Heaton

Both Retry and Ignore prerequisite warnings can be chosen, I suggest to choose Ignore prerequisite warnings, if the update install stops because of a warning, you can then choose Ignore prerequisite warnings. This action allows the installation of the update to continue after a few minutes, and uses the option to ignore prerequisite warnings.

    For the details:

    Hi, @Joe Heaton
Thank you for posting in Microsoft Q&A forum.

When you run pre-check, did you get an error or warning about backlogged inboxes?
Can you show more details in Configmgrprereq.log and schedule.log?
You can paste some snippets of the log.

It's a warning. Not error. Just seeing if I can resolve it.

    Schedule.log:

    Hi, @Joe Heaton

    Thanks for the feedback.

Error 2 = file not found, is there any possible that someone deleted the files? If so, the problem may not be solved.
Here is a similar thread for your reference:

You may try to ignore this warning and do the upgrade.

This is what's showing now, if I right-click on the upgrade
