XML files from Sharepoint opens on Infopath 2013 but shows on left side indented

We have a SharePoint at our company and users are uploading XML files on it and later on be published to PDF files and re-upload it there.

This happened to one of our users, wherein when opening XML files from SharePoint opens on Infopath2013 (which is standard on our end) but it displays on the left side. like being indented on the left side.

His team members, however, were OK, they can see XML files via Infopath and publish OK.

This started after an update, managed to remove the update, and still the same.

My team members are having the same problem with this user as well.

Any thoughts?
