Welcome to the Microsoft Q&A platform.
Azure Purview currently doesn't support query or stored procedure for lineage or scanning. Lineage is limited to table and view sources only.
For more details, refer to How to get lineage from SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) into Azure Purview.
Currently, lineage is supported for Copy, Data Flow, and Execute SSIS activities. Learn more details on the supported capabilities from Supported Azure Data Factory activities.

As you know Azure Purview is currently in PREVIEW and we have been adding new data sources/lineages every month.
Regarding service general availability, I would suggest to keep an eye on Azure updates.
Azure updates provide information about important Azure product updates, roadmap, and announcements.
