Hello @Melanie Springer
The error 0x133 is always related to a faulty driver or a driver integration with the system that enters in conflict: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/windows-hardware/drivers/debugger/bug-check-0x133-dpc-watchdog-violation
Since this happens during usage of GPU resources I would suggest to update the firmware and drivers to the latest versions for your GPU. Additionally I would consider a BIOS update.
If you are not familiar with this operations, I would recommend post a question on the Forums of the GPU or Motherboard manufacturers for their community experts to provide a better explanation of the process.
Last recommendation, would be make a clean boot, disabling 3rd party services from StartUp as sometimes additional "Performance" or "Gamer profile settings" may cause the error, even when your hardware and drivers are ok. Sometimes that software can push too much the limits and the system crashes.
How to perform a clean boot:
https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/topic/how-to-perform-a-clean-boot-in-windows-da2f9573-6eec-00ad-2f8a-a97a1807f3dd
(*If after clean boot the issue disappears, then enable back the services one by one to detect which one was causing the issue)
Hope this helps to narrow it down,
