    I think that what you have here is two window views of the same document, but showing different pages.
    Close the window you don't want and save the document.

    Dear All i have resolved the issue. Thank you.

    There are 2 instances of Visio available within the Application. Visio Drawing and Visio 2003-2010 Drawing.

    To make sure that the File i want opens as is, what i did was:-

    -Save the File - Save As - Visio 2003-2010 Drawing
    -File opens as one window
    -Save the File again - Save as - Visio Drawing

    This has resolved my issue and the latest version of the file opens in 1 window just how i wanted.

    @Asma Sultana

    Could you please share us with more about the "another window"?
    Is it a same file windows? Or startup interface of Visio?
    It's recommended to take a screenshot to show the detailes. If there is any privacy information, please remember to cover it.

    How did you open the Visio drawings?
    Please try to right-click one Visio file, click Open to check this issue.
    Please also open them from Visio app, check whether this issue would be reproduced again.

    Besides, I suggest you temporarily disable some add-ins via clicking: Files > Options > Trust Center > Trust Center Settings > Add-ins, ticke the box of "Disable All Applications Add-ins".

    Any updates, you could post here.
