Hi All

I have a moxa server with windows server 2019 standard edition, OEM license.

Following a reboot, it suddenly no longer recognized the Windows license and asks for activation.

I have tried in various ways, but it does not give me the possibility to reactivate it, because a series of services "Software Protection" "Clien DHCP" are blocked and therefore I cannot surf the internet and reactivate it.

I also tried telephone activation, but SLUI4 gives me an error. Can anyone tell me why it happened and how to fix it?

Could it be due to missing updates?

Thank You

BR

    Hi Patrick

I solved the problem by adding the network service to the WPA registry key.

Now I have another problem, the DHCP Client service does not start.
Error 5: Access Denied can not start the DHCP Client service on Local Computer.

If I go to the registry key:

    HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\Dhcp

Right click and choose Permissions. There should be the following:

    System = Full Control
    Local Service = Read
    Network Service = Read
    Local Admin = Full Control
    Local Users = Read
Dhcp = (I cannot find this group and therefore cannot add it)

    Can You help me?

    Thank you
