We are trying to find where the Projects & Locations setting for the workspace location is stored in the visual studio 2019. Right now the default isn't an option due to file name length, so we have to set it to a smaller path. Is there a config file or registry edit where this is stored so i can make this part of GPO so users can log in and have that location auto assign? We are using roaming profile so their code travels with them.

Is this related to Azure Virtual Desktop? Please let me know so that I can direct it to the right team.

If it is related specifically to Visual Studio, it is currently not supported on Microsoft Q&A. Please post your questions here:

So its more so to do with Visual Studio, but it is running in the AVD environment. This is the reason for wanting to be able to move those locations across the machines. If i need to post in the developercommunity i can post it over there no problem
