Rename supervised iOS device issue

As of today, we can't change the name of iOS devices (supervised) in Microsoft Endpoint Manager.

Is this a know issue?

For this issue, I have observed that other people have met this issue. With Q&A limitation, it is suggested to create an online support ticket to get the root cause and find if there is any method can fix it from background. It is free. Here is the support link:
