BUILTIN-Administrators on an home computer

Hi, ive seen some questions about BUILTIN-Administrators regarding computers in local networks such as work stations etc.

My encounter with the BUILTIN is with my home computer, under my home Wifi network.

tried to delete a file and got the message that i need permission from BUILTIN-Administrator.

first of all - what is that and why do i need permission when im the computer solo admin?
and second, how can i get rid of it?

    Likely is UAC at work. Some info here on how / why that works.

    That also depends on where the file resides. If it's in sensitive places like windows native folders or "Program Files" folder for example, you are either prompted for confirmation or denied access. There may be some other places that the object's owner is someone else. You can evade this by taking ownership of the object and its subcontainers and granting required permissions to yourself, but in case of system objects, it's not recommended at all. Disabling UAC as Patrick also mentioned is not recommended either. You can check for your effective access in Advanced Security Settings for your object too.
