we have a situation were we have a set company background with the company logo, while this appears to have worked on some of the pc fleet, for the remainder the image is simply too large, please advsie

    Hi

    Not a network issue, not near teams to update it (as it is a branch location pc),

    Will get them to try it on the web to see if it is any better. (Microsoft Edge)

    Hi @BigD007 ,

    Do you mean the meeting background images can not be loaded correctly? And does the Teams clients give you any errors?

    How big is the picture, can you use a lower resolution one?

    Yet I think we should find what's the difference between these clients, please check these methods:

    1. Check the network difference.
    2. Manually update Teams or reinstall it.
    3. Simulate this on Teams for web and see if that could load the picture.
