Hi, i need to format my server, but when i acquire the server, it didn't came with the Windows CD or any other midia.
In contact with dell they said the windowns server 2012 foundation is not support anymore and will not provide me with a cd or a link to the iso so i can reinstall the original windowns, so the only think i have is the cdkey.

It was an OEM product and there never were public downloads on microsoft.com. I do see it available in my Visual Studio subscription, so that may be an option.

    Hello Kalin G,

If the OS was provided by the manufacturer we are talking about a OEM version. This versions are modified by the manufacturer in order to reactivate with specific hardware conditions. The only way to recover would be with a Recovery CD/DVD from the vendor.

Otherwise, you can try to download from here, and try with your license key (even though, the key -if any- might be tied to a OEM version of the OS):

Hope this helps with your query,
