I have vGPU enabled in sandbox .wsb file, but and I can see windows sandbox gfx driver is not the same in sandbox as Windows native. How sandbox can reflect the same windows driver version inside ? Any help will be much appreciated.

Thanks in advance.

    Hello @Billore, Kaushal

Yes you could update the drivers, but unfortunately in this case I see 2 inconvenients:

    • If updating the driver will require restart (like most of the "hardware facing" drivers), this could not be completed.
    • Drivers that interact with physical hardware will have limited access to the resources, as the host would be the one controlling the hardware.

Hope this helps with your query,

Is there any configuration we can give in sandbox .wsb file through which the same gfx driver can reflect in sandbox as native? In second point, is it not recommended to give full hardware access to Sandbox?
