Link Two Accounts (Work and Personal)

Hi team,

Can you message me directly to help and link two accounts (work and personal)? I tried doing it through the portal myself but it didn't work. There is a chance that I might have to change my surname on the personal account to make sure it is linked.

Please assist.

    Linking a work and personal microsoft account is not longer possible to do.
