i keep on getting this error when trying to log into the outlook email account! i have tried over several days and am still getting the error. please help

    What's you mailbox type? O365 mailbox or Hotmail mailbox (hotmail.com, outlook.com)? Where does this issue occur? Outlook client or OWA(outlook web app)?

    Here seems discusses the similar issue as yours: Cannot read property 'namedObjectIDs' of undefined

    Fixed by editing $HOME/.config/Prospect\ Mail/settings.json
