    Submit this feedback to Apple, there's nothing that an MDM vendor can do for this specifically.

    However, you can use conditional launch to configure a minimum iOS version to "gently" suggest to the users that they should upgrade (otherwise they're not launching any managed apps).

    Not possible. This is only possible with supervised devices.
