How to access Authenticator app if password is forgetten?

I cannot log into my school website because I don’t remember my password. When I try to make a new one, I need a code from the Authenticator app which I also cannot log into because in order to retrieve the code sent to me, I need to get it from the with Authenticator app.

Is there any way around this?

    If you do not remember the password of your account, you should be able to reset it by using Self-service-password-reset (depends if your school enabled it). However, since you do not have access to the authenticator app anymore, I suggest to contact your IT administrator to reset it for you.
