I have an access application that has been sending invoices to around 250 customers once a week for a year without issue. The Hotmail account is via thunderbird. This week the first 7 invoices were sent without a problem, the rest timed out with a message the server had rejected them. Nothing has changed with the setup, logically the issue ‘must’ be with the server. The other piece of the jigsaw is Norton 360, turned off the firewall today and 7 invoices sent, the rest timed out. When this happens any email ‘sent’ times out rejected by the server.
I am stuck, has anyone encounter similar and can point me in the right direction to solve this conundrum please
