Please I am unable to use my laptop to access by microsoft email which happens to be my school email, each time I try logging into my mail the I get error message of 135011 asking me to contact my service provider.
I checked Azure directive as I was told from online reseach, but the enable icon was grayed out.
Please I need help pls!
