I have the dubious task, of upgrading several devices from Win 10 1809 32-bit to Win 10 20H2 32-bit, I have been trying to find a feature update as we do not want to wipe the devices due to the "old" software being used on them including a 16-bit piece of software.
Seems to me I have a very ardous task ahead, if anyone knows a way to just upgrade I would be most grateful.

Also, you say you are looking for a feature update which implies you haven't found one which I'm not following as this is just the standard 20H2 Feature Update. Keep in mind that Feature Updates aren't listed in the All Software Updates node in the ConfigMgr console though but instead are listed under Windows Servicing → All WIndows Feature Updates. Also, this assumes that you have the "Upgrades" update classification enabled in the Software Update Point config,
As @Pavel yannara Mirochnitchenko notes, you can also use a task sequence which as of ConfigMgr 2107 can leverage either feature updates or media.

2021-10-05T16:32:48.347+00:00 I should expand on my post, I am on an air-gapped system with 16-bit applications that require 32-bit versions of the OS.
So we need to upgrade and test, hopefully so all applications will work to then go for a Task Sequence approach to the rest of the devices.
